Search through HEAD HUNTING method is design for very specific and key assignments in the organization. For any Recruitments assignment, NEW VENTURE carries out extensive research of the target markets and companies to engage with the appropriate profiles, qualifying candidates and courting them through the process. Thorough pre-screening takes place before the candidate is presented as a short-list potential to the client.

The process is structured as follows:

  • Full briefing with the client on one to one basis.
  • Production of a list of target companies.
  • Production of a research report describing whom, within the target list fulfils the function from which we seek to hire.
  • Our clients are furnished with this information and Approaches begin.
  • Candidates are interviewed by Key Consultant of NEW VENTURE and short listed to our client if appropriate. NEW VENTURE is happy to present candidates at short list as and when they are identified.
  • The final role is to provide executive coaching and mentoring for three months NEW VENTURE feels that a recruiter's involvement in the process does not end at this stage. We continue to provide feedback and support through the process until an individual actually joins the client.

  • Key Accounts Mgr-ftl Cargo(kolkata)
    Take care of Vendor Development, rate negotiation, managing relationship with customer as per their requirements. Monitor, measure, & report the Operations metrics of customers for different services & identify growth opportunities.KAM,Fleet ops
  • Sales Mgr Imports-mumbai
    Expert of handling alll imports business of western India. Having own imports business, connects with customers, work on max volume which carries GP. Lead team, P&L of product, control on AR is must for handling this role. Entire Western India
  • Sales Head -project Cargo(mumbai)
    Capable of selling Project cargo all across India based at Mumbai. Must have own customers to get the business on faster basis. Exp of handling Commercial activities, pricing, vendor negotiation & with good pipeline of customers.
  • Branch In Charge(ftl)-baroda
    Handle entire fleet operation specially Market hire vehicles of 300 to 400 fleets. Vendor development, client coordination, attachment of vehicles as per demand of clients. A team leader to have over all control on Branch Business like Ops,AR,MIS etc
  • Branch Mgr-road Transportation(mumbai)
    Able to handle entire branch business of FTL customers.Should be capable of taking care of 9 cr Business per month with Manpower strength of 100 + in terms of Business generation, Operation , Vendor handling etc. Expert of AR control of branch.
