Shipping Agency Role - For Manager level
Responding to enquiries from Principals Preparing and communicating PDAs, Port Restrictions, load / discharge rates, methods to Principals Preparing Port Call DA, for Car Carriers and Break Bulk vessels calling Mundra and Mumbai Ports. Coordinating vessel husbandry services such as Crew change, Spare and store delivery Coordinating with Master and Owners, for relevant pre-arrival documents for registering vessels with Port Coordinating with Owners for Import manifests, cargo discharging instruction & other stevedoring related approval. Keeping Owners and Masters updated about export cargo readiness, port vessel line-up and berthing prospect. Attending a vessel in Mumbai Port and updating cargo operation status to Owners on a daily basis during vessel port stay.
