Coordination with shipper, carriers, and overseas agent. Placing booking with carriers as per shipper’s projection and follow up with them for further movement. Co-ordinating with documentation team for filing of SI to S/line, preparing HBL & sending the same to shipper for approval. Submitting ISF/ RCG filling docs for US/RSA shipment. Co-ordination with ops team for CFS stuffing movement, arranging empty container placement, stuffing plan to ops team, obtaining form-13 from odex. Processing S/line payment for BL releasing, releasing of HBL and MBL creation of job in UGS, processing invoicing for cost booking/ job closing in UGS. Co-ordinating with billing team for cost booking and billing customers/overseas office and closing files. |
