Build and maintain a successful recruiting process, including the utilization of social and digital technologies that attracts top talent and a diverse workforce. Hiring of Apprentice under apprentice Act. Collaborate with IR team to onboard contractors if required. Define & Manage Interviewing & Selection process as per stat Guidelines through ATS. 8. Align with TD team to train Hiring Managers on Interviewing skills. Reference Checks, Pre- employment Medical Check-up alignment with Admin Team. Offer in line with budgets, Handover to TE team & HRIS team for Onboarding. |
