Responsible for Ocean Products (Exports, Imports) business for PAN India shipments. Oversee & manage day-to-day operations of ocean freight department including Pricing, RFQ, CS, Operation ,team leadership etc . Ensure smooth execution of ocean freight shipments from origin to destination. Manage /coordinate with ocean carriers, terminals, other stakeholders. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays. Resolve operational issues and exceptions, such as demurrage, detention, and cargo claims. |
