Responsible for overseeing accounts& finance functions based at corporate office with PAN India responsibility. Ensure accurate financial reporting, tracking& blocking revenue leakages, balance sheet, profit & loss, &cash flow statements, Remittance. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. Experience of IPO, Funding, Banking is must. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee AP/AR, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and financial institutions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency. |
