Job Profile Responsible for Western India P&L Growth for Logistics services (Air, Ocean, Project cargo) business. Lead team of sales, Operation, Pricing and channelise them to achieve set goals of P&L. Great connect with own customers to add numbers , GP in reach the achievable target of Region. Acquisition of customers, develop trade lanes, provide solutions to customer with wide range of services. Sales & Marketing Design or contribute to marketing programs & evolve a Sales & Marketing strategy for the assigned Region. Set long/short-term sales strategies for the Region assigned. Serve as a coach & motivate location to meet their targets and enhance their performance for the achievement of sales goals. Network and develop a customer base of corporate accounts for the group for airfreight n Ocean freight.
