Responsible for entire transport operation activities of clients. Expertise in managing all shipment operation from start to final delivery to client. Managing fleet of vehicles & adequate number of trained drivers to provide smooth running of operations for Company. Managed the day to day operations of truck & containers Daily Expense, Trip sheet of Drivers, RTO Papers updating and other assigned work regularly. Overlook all functions related to fleet including vehicle documents, route planning, vehicle records, maintenance, drivers, Accidental cases and insurance claim settlement etc. Controlling ratio of Deps cases. Preparation of deduction due to deps & approval from customer on behalf of investigation of loss & recovery against deps. Preparation on customer wise business growth chart & queries coming in previous month & who to resolve with the help of customer solution team & review coming from customer side |
