Costing for Heavy lift &OOG Project cargo Transportation, feasibility analysis , route survey , Port Handling, Turnover time calculation , contingency planning , Freight negotiation , risk analysis to be taken care. Monitor all the entire North, West ,East, South region activity in terms of Project business growth, which includes global forwarding, Project Transportation by road, Clearance, route feasibility study, team development etc. Excellent exp of Industrial Projects Heavy lift, Break bulk , Containers , ODC , General , LCL cargo. Responsible for revenue generation, smooth operation and administration. |
