Strong exp of ocean &good relationship with nvocc, Handling Ocean Pricing, Customer service and All Documentation work on day to day basis. Floating enquiries to the agent for procurement of rates. Negotiation with agent and customer for rates and quotation. Handling all coordination, CS actvities related to Ocean shipments. Preparing mandatory documents, providing pre-alert documents to the customer.Communication with shipping line for liner payment. Periodically share required report to BM, respective HOD & Management timely. |
