Lead the Outsourced Vehicle division on all India level. Forecast & Budget requirement of Outsourced Vehicles (Monthly/Daily) as per business objective. Identify and Implement Growth Strategies of Outsourced Vehicle. Develop a network of Business Partners across PAN India for on time placement and deliveries. Conduct monthly performance review of Business Partners and take corrective measures to increase efficiency. Ensuring safe, complete, and timely delivery of the Fleet through the appointed vehicle. Evaluate cost benefit analysis of type of transportation and route decided. Resolve delivery issue for customers by reviewing deliveries, short and damage, claims. Develop, implement, and control Traffic Management System to integrate tasks related to vehicle placement and movement.• Coordinate and collaborate with other business heads for business growth. Ensure compliance with all state guidelines for smooth Fleet Movement. Engage with Customers for maintaining harmonious relations. |
