Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia:-To Assist Country Finance Manger into day-to-day accounting work at location. Serve as an interface between branch offices & operational departments to ensure smooth and timely accomplishment of set tasks. Manage Credit Control and ensure timely collection from all customers for the Country. Timely booking of invoices and payments to Shipping Lines / Vendors. Prepare and submit monthly Bank Reconciliation. Ensure timely Job closing activity and reporting of accurate Revenue and Gross Profit. Assist Line Manager in preparing month end MIS reports i.e. Revenue and Gross Profit by Customer / Line of Business. Assist Line Manager in complete treasury function. Review and maintenance of general ledgers and balance sheet reconciliation. |
